Cloud Accounting …and why Xero?

Cloud (or online accounting) means that we can help you wherever you are. We have clients that we have never even met! In the cloud, your data is stored on a server with security much better than you have on your home computer.

Our cloud accounting software preference is Xero, as we find Xero’s intuitive processes make it possible for even the novice to learn how to code their transactions. We are Xero Certified and have lots of experience setting up Xero files and training others in how to use Xero.

About Xero:

Xero was started in New Zealand and is now listed on both the NZ and Australian Stock exchanges. Xero operates in many countries around the world and is constantly improving the way the software works to make life easier for users.

What we charge

Working in the cloud means we don’t have the need for an office and the associated overheads. This allows you to access our knowledge and experience at a reasonable cost.

We work with a diverse range of clients and work with you to set up a fee structure that suits your situation. This can be either:

1. hourly billing, or
2. a monthly fee which includes your access to the Xero software.

Although our work is mainly of a bookkeeping nature, we are accountants and know when things aren’t right. So you get accounting knowledge at a bookkeeping rate.
